Return Policy
- Return is only accepted for damaged or sizing issues.
- You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase for the return.
- Contact us to start a return.
Return Process
- If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately for any issues.
Exchanges
To get the item you want, return the current item and make a new purchase separately.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Complete order amount, including delivery charges, refunded for cancelled, lost, or undelivered orders.
- Refunds processed according to our cancellation and return policy.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved.
- Refunds are issued as store credits.
- Cash refunds are available only for damaged products, transferred directly to your chosen bank account.
